Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the medical device industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Field Service Technician to their team. Responsibilities include:
1) Respond to non-routine call-outs for tank exchanges and basic service in a timely and proactive manner
2) Maintain accurate records and communication of all data on customer sites
3) Prepare and submit to customer and management the service reports detailing maintenance performed and equipment and application status
4) Complete equipment troubleshooting, maintenance and service activity runs to ensure system performance
5) Perform sample collection at customer sites and analytical chemistry tests specific to each site
6) Provide basic technical assistance to maximize equipment systems and application benefits to customers
7) Maintain and manage basic routine spare parts inventory
8) Comply with company’s policies and procedures
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in maintenance

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
