Job Description
Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is currently recruiting a Director of Clinical Trials who will infuse the Clinical Trials Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. 1) Conduct clinical studies according to FDA, GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines
2) Provide medical care to patients and ensure patient safety comes first
3) Perform all defined study activities
4) Record all patient information and results from tests as per protocol on required forms
5) Report suspected non-compliance to relevant Site staff
6) Ensure that IRB approval is obtained prior to study initiation and IRB requirements are met throughout the study
7) Promote the company and build a positive relationship with patients to ensure retention
8) Attend site initiation meetings and all other relevant meetings to receive training on protocols
9) Log and complete information on sponsor systems and ensures all information provided is accurate
10) Adhere to company’s COP and SCOP
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the biotechnology industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in clinical trials management

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
