Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the machinery industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Marketing Communications Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Build a business strategy for the region that differentiates the company from the competition

2) Align with the marketing communications strategy for the company's products solutions, markets and applications and distribution

3) Generate compelling and engaging content to support content-driven integrated strategy

4) Identify the most effective communication channels to reach relevant target groups and help to feed these channels with the appropriate messaging

5) Design and develop creative communication, marketing products, briefings through webinars that will maximize the company's objectives

6) Implement campaigns leveraging both traditional and digital marketing tactics

7) Develop materials, presentations and other marketing communications for launches

8) Create and maintain project plans to move forward successfully in a timely, collaborative and efficient manner

9) Provide guidance to the Product Management Team, such as customer service, sales excellence and customer development to help shape local marketing strategies

10) Work with tradeshow Manager to develop plans to leverage product promotions to help generate leads at key shows and events

11) Develop a web strategy through optimizing the company's websites and e-marketing tools

12) Create and Manage the budgets in close collaboration with the Product Management Team and Head of Sales & Marketing

13) Monitor program success and ROI analysis and report to the appropriate directors and product managers

14) Obtain relevant input from customers and the Sales Team to develop new and vibrant marketing collateral

15) Revise existing literature as appropriate, archive outdated versions, and leverage digital whenever possible

16) Develop relationships with peers to leverage ideas and materials, and align with the overarching brand

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the machinery industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in marketing management

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
