Job Description
Our client, a leading engineering management services company, is currently seeking an accomplished General Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:
1) Develop and expand the sense of urgency in the areas of production, engineering and sales
2) Manage the production floor with a P&L mindset
3) Understand its conveyor business to improve team collaboration
4) Identify deficiencies in production
5) Develop and implement growth strategies
6) Analyze accounting and financial data
7) Research and identify growth opportunities
8) Generate reports and giving presentations
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the engineering management services industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in operations management
