Job Description


Our client, a leading engineering management services company, is currently seeking an ambitious Power Platform Developer to help lead their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with a go-getter attitude and a drive to succeed. Responsibilities include:


1) Play an integral role in the design, implementation and deployment of internal software

platforms and tools, both cloud-based and on-premises

2) Interact and empathize with end users to identify business needs and develop use cases, design specifications and testing scenarios and operate as a designated point of contact for user feedback and requests

3) Develop and execute against a strategic roadmap for power platform integration within the enterprise, with a focus on governance, best practices and user adoption of powerBI, powerapps and power automate

4) Participate in the implementation of microsoft dynamics finance and supply chain across all business lines, with an eye for optimization, automation and extension of the core ERP supplemented with power platform capabilities

5) Participate in the development and continuous improvement of the tools with a focus on UI, UX and scalability

6) Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas with stakeholder groups

7) Lead adoption efforts and drive user engagement by shaping narrative, spearhead training initiatives and provide support

8) Direct and manage segmented business groups towards standardization, developing and sharing standard operating procedures, where possible

9) Prioritize business needs and instill a continuous improvement mentality with business and technical counterparts

10) Support the organization’s decision-making process through analysis, reporting, research, and effective use of data generation from internal and external information systems

11) Identify gaps in business tools and recommend ways to fill those needs through research and a spirit of innovation


Critical Requirements


1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the engineering management services industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in power platform developing

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
