Job Description


We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the logistics industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong WMS Systems Analyst to their team. Responsibilities include:


1) Oversee new full-life cycle WMS startups across the SCLS network

2) Contribute and lead system implementation by accomplishing targeting milestones

3) Develop new product and service-oriented strategies and enhancements

4) Assist in developing solutions for business problems inside the organization

5) Maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs

6) Develop software systems

7) Need to establish personal rapport with internal and external clients and with other persons in a position to understand service requirements

8) Validate and maintain user documentation

9) Contribute and lead team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed

10) Understand the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry

11) Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution

12) Work with APIs and integration mapping between different client systems

13) Audit functional and system design specifications for client engagements

14) Test system functionality, including writing test scripts and assist with user testing and training

15) Track issues and resolve in a timely manner

16) Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments and feedback

17) Execute project standards

18) Deliver high-quality services to the clients

19) Perform other duties as assigned


Critical Requirements


1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the logistics industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in system analysis

Compensation and Other Details


Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
