Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the tools industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Senior Project Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:
1) Manage the creative development, processes, timelines and milestones for customers
2) Oversee, track and communicate all project phases and deliverables from inception to final delivery
3) Establish key milestones for stakeholders to review and provide feedback
4) Set deadlines for vendors, creative and production to ensure on-time deliverables for each milestone to keep projects moving forward
5) Identify and manage external resources and vendor relationships to ensure high quality and on-time delivery
6) Provide quantity, specs and deadlines to vendors for project quotes
7) Understand and plan for vendor and manufacturing constraints
8) Review vendor proofs at all stages of creative and production processes for accuracy
9) Route materials to stakeholders
10) Collect and organize feedback and manage change requests for routed materials
11) Create and manage of workflow and production of multiple projects
12) Create detailed production work orders to ensure all project needs are communicated clearly and concisely to production
13) Provide process and standardized tools to drive consistency and improve effectiveness
14) Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
15) Process invoices and track costs across multiple budgets and projects
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the tools industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in project management
