Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the printing industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Sales Manager to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Achieve established goals and quotas profitably

2) Develop assigned Sales representatives in the areas of product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management

3) Provide on-the-ground support for Sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

4) Prospect for new business in order to consistently increase sales

5) Penetrate territory and increase customer base and market share

6) Conduct needs analysis appointments and make sales

7) Manage the sales process and provide sales planning

8) Recruit and train successful Sales representatives

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the printing industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
