Job Description
We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the insurance industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Producer to their team. Responsibilities include:
1) Possess the highest degree of ethical standards
2) Identify client needs and communicate unique service platform
3) Identify opportunities in mid-sized to large accounts in the Mid-Atlantic Region
4) Work closely with in-house Risk Management experts to provide a differentiated value to the marketplace
5) Complete required documentation, applications, questionnaires, pipeline, referral and sales reports
6) Track record of developing new client relationships
7) Achieve annual new business goals
8) Comply with company’s policies and procedures
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales
