Job Description
Our client, a leading CPG company, is currently seeking an accomplished Sales Executive to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:
1) Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and sales quotas
2) Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
3) Unearth new sales opportunities through networking efforts
4) Create long term partnerships by introducing company’s products and services
5) Present products to existing and prospective clients
6) Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
7) Remain in frequent contact with clients in territory to understand the needs
8) Respond to complaints and resolve issues with a lens for customer contentment and preserve the company’s reputation
9) Negotiate spot sales and forward contracts
10) Keep records of sales and data, including but not limited to visit reports, company insights, sales potential in volume and value
11) Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO process flow market share
Job Qualification
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the CPG industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales
