STEPS Group Australia is seeking a Senior Site Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of a busy training and education environment.

In this role, you'll provide senior administrative leadership across the Cairns region, supporting program delivery, stakeholder engagement, compliance activities, and administrative staff to achieve quality outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide senior administrative support across the Cairns region
  • Coordinate front office and administrative activities to support regional programs
  • Lead and support administration team members, delegating tasks and monitoring completion of key priorities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with students, trainers, referral partners, staff, and community stakeholders through exceptional customer service and support
  • Support Management with reporting, administrative coordination, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee compliance, reporting, and data management across training programs

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in senior administration, team coordination or office management roles
  • Previous experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating administrative staff
  • A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and business management systems
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or a related qualification (highly regarded)
  • Experience within education, training, employment services, or other regulated industries (highly regarded)
