Reporting to the Manager Processing, the Mining & Processing Administrator will provide administration services, including Document Control to the Processing and Mining department employees and contractors. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and connects with St Barbara’s Vision and Values.
Key accountabilities of this role include:
Contributing to the health and safety of all personnel at Leonora Operations.
Providing a high level of professional, efficient and effective administrative services to the Processing and Mining departments.
Ensuring efficient, confidential and timely processing of Site Access Compliance applications.
Ensuring timely processing of Maintenance requests in Pronto and Kayako.
Ensuring efficient professional telephone reception duties.
Assisting with Document Control & DMIRS Reporting, Appointments and Licensing at Leonora Operations.
Providing efficient and effective personal and administrative support to the Processing and Mining Managers of the Leonora Operations.
Providing support to Corporate Services with regards to investor relations visits to Leonora Operations.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Document Control experience
Ability to produce a National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months) for site access purposes
Current unencumbered Australian Driver’s License
At least three (3) years relevant experience
Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
Ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple tasks
High level of enthusiasm for the work with high performance goals
