The Role

The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to specific projects or divisional teams with a high level of attention to detail and customer service. Providing high levels of service to the client and internal stakeholders to ensure that all administrative aspects are achieved in a timely and required manner. This includes document control, document implementation, data administration (managing project databases) and processing invoicing and assisting the procurement project team with procurement requirements. The key responsibilities include:

  • Provide Administrative Support for Project
  • Support Document Control and Manage Project Administration Activities 
  • Maintain and Update All Relevant Databases for Projects
  • Coordinate all Invoicing for Project Including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable 
  • Support and Assist with Quotations/Tenders with the Client and Subcontractors for Projects 
  • Other Administrative Requirements 
  • Assist with safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project 
  • Comply with Internal Policies / Procedures 

About You

  • Administrative experience in the electrical or construction industry (desirable)
  • Completed White Card
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite – (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong accounts and invoicing experience
  • Flexible and adaptable to support the project team
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
