We are more than willing to train the right person. If you bring construction experience and/or some technical experience in Networking and Project Management, we will invest in your development. 

Even if your experience doesn't perfectly align, we encourage you to apply if you have a strong foundation in construction and project management, and an interest in technology.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of construction-based technology projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors and project teams on-site
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
  • Monitoring performance, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
  • Overseeing site performance, timelines, and deliverables
  • Working closely with clients and stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You might come from a construction, technology contractor, or building systems (BMCS, Security or Lifts) background or be a:

  • Project Manager in Construction
  • Project Engineer in Construction
  • Site Supervisor with project exposure 

Essential

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, from planning through to delivery
  • Strong ability to manage clients, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Typically, 5–10 years of relevant experience.

 Nice to Have (not all required)

  • Exposure to ICN, networking, security, BMS, or building technologies
  • Experience with structured cabling, CCTV, or similar systems
  • Engineering qualifications or Project Management certifications
  • ACMA Cablers Licence
