Star Group is seeking a Head Office Coordinator to manage operations at our Condell Park office.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for the Head Office, managing phone calls and general enquiries
  • Manage and coordinate shared inboxes and internal communications
  • Support day-to-day Head Office operations, ensuring smooth administrative workflows
  • Assist with SharePoint migration, document organisation, and digital system improvements
  • Champion safety initiatives at Head Office, including inspections, facilities management, housekeeping standards and compliance activities
  • Coordinate deliveries, couriers, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Assist and support with corporate functions and events such as monthly head office lunches
  • Maintain records, registers, and internal documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfortable working with digital systems and document management platforms
  • SharePoint experience or exposure (highly desirable)
  • Strong Attention to detail and reliable
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative, adaptable team player
