 ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) builds skills and knowledge for the social and economic wellbeing of humanitarian entrants through needs-based case management. 

SSI delivers the program in Sydney and regional NSW, supporting refugees and humanitarian entrants to settle quickly, successfully adjust to the changes in their lives, and identify and work towards their education and employment goals.

 YOUR CONTRIBUTION

To provide admin support and to monitor & update key HSP mandatory data in SSI’s internal and external database system. You will be providing support to the HSP Case management team, assist with all administrative tasks such as room bookings, equipment and catering as well as developing knowledge and understanding of the wider HSP program and SSI's HSP contractual requirements.

 ABOUT YOU

Do you have a Cert III in Community Services or Business Administration? Are you an excellent problem solver with high attention to detail? Have you got administration experience in a previous similar role? If so we want to hear from you!
