The role

In line with our key priority of best-practice governance, we are currently recruiting for two (2) independent board members leading our finance, audit, procurement and compliance strategy.

Responsibilities:

• The preparation and integrity of GRNSW financial accounts and statements
• Internal controls, policies and procedures that GRNSW uses to identify and manage business
• GRNSW insurance activities
• Qualifications, independence, engagement, fees and performance of the external auditor (External Auditor)
• External Auditor’s annual audit of GRNSW financial statements
• Risk management processes
• GRNSW compliance with legal, regulatory requirements and compliance policies

Eligibility

To be eligible a candidate must:

• Agree to be bound by the Committee Terms of Reference and GRNSW policies Finance, Risk, Audit, Procurement and Governance
• Have experience as CPA or Senior Account Lead and Governance
