CALL for NOMINATIONS of three (3) Non-Executive DIRECTORS of ARCHERY AUSTRALIA Ltd.

Archery Australia is seeking people with a sound understanding of Archery or other National Sporting Organisations/Companies that have high level skills in the areas listed below:

• Human Resources / People and Culture
• Finance / Accounting
• Major Event Management

If you would like to contribute to the governance and strategic development of Archery in Australia, please complete the nomination form by midnight on 28th October 2025.

The Archery Australia Board is committed to its diversity, equity and inclusion goals.

Directors must the following minimum requirements to be eligible:

• Have an ASIC Director’s ID
• Have a current Working with Vulnerable People’s card
• Not hold any executive position in their RGB within one month of becoming a Director of Archery Australia
• Be willing and able to comply with several statutory codes of conduct as a director

Nominations will be assessed by the Archery Australia nominations committee and successful nominations will be presented to the AGM for voting.
