Ice Skating Australia (ISA) is the governing body for figure skating in Australia affiliated with the International Skating Union (ISU).
The ISA Board of Management is responsible for the governance, strategic development and growth of figure skating in Australia.
Aligned with the Australian Sports Commission, ISA strives to achieve best practice principles and standards in the sport.
The Role
Nominations are invited for the positions of two (2) Elected Directors for a three (3) year term.
ISA is seeking collaborative and innovative candidates who can demonstrate high-level knowledge of, and experience in, at least one of the following prioritised competencies:
- Sport governance
- Leadership
- Legal
- Digital and technology
Additionally, applicants with any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Previous governance on a Board, Council or Committee
- Prior experience with corporations or not-for-profits
