The role

We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Queensland quarries business in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across our operations.

This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the construction materials industry while broadening your administrative skill set. Full training in our systems will be provided to ensure your success.

What you will need to succeed

  • Proven experience using SAP, Excel and Word advantageous
  • Ability to operate in a friendly and professional manner at all times with a strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy environment
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent and effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
