Quarry Worker

The role

We are looking for a full-time permanent Quarry Operator to join our friendly Fernvale team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate mobile and fixed plant equipment such as excavators and front-end loaders, while contributing to a safe and efficient site.

We are seeking experienced operators; however, motivated entry-level applicants are also welcome to apply, with full training provided.

This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a secure, essential industry with a supportive team.

What You’ll Do

• Operate mobile and fixed plant
• Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
• Perform basic maintenance, labouring, and housekeeping
• Report hazards and incidents promptly

What You’ll Need

• Mobile plant/heavy equipment experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Loader ticket and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
• Strong safety mindset and team focus
