The Opportunity

Source is an exciting, rapidly growing corporate business which offers Legal, HR, Compliance and Governance services across our Australia-wide client base. A unique model that offers our people the opportunity to work across a variety of clients, supporting their in-house legal needs as an outsourced legal department.

You will be given the opportunity to work in a diverse in-house style role, across sectors and clients of various sizes, with no billable hours. We’re looking for someone with: 

• At least 2 years Post Admission Experience, practicing in commercial law (ideally with a focus on construction, engineering, major projects, or infrastructure).
• Experience in either private practice and/or inhouse, with a genuine interest in construction & projects law.
• A collaborative approach, looking to work in a fantastic team culture.
• With an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset – you can see commercial opportunities in the market and across Source. You thrive on continual improvement, growth and align with our vision and purpose.
