We're open to candidates based anywhere in Australia
You know that feeling when a campaign really lands? When the message resonates, the numbers back it up and you can see the brand you’ve built gaining momentum? That’s what this role is about.
At Source we’re redefining what in-house style professional services look like and we’re ready for a Marketing Manager who wants to help tell that story. Someone who can connect strategy with execution, creativity with commercial impact and brand building with measurable business growth.
Here, your work won’t get lost in layers of approval or drowned out by bureaucracy. You’ll work directly with our principals and leadership team to shape the Source brand, build lead-generating campaigns and create the kind of content that makes people stop, think and want to know more.
This is a role for someone who loves both the creative and analytical sides of marketing - a storyteller who’s just as comfortable brainstorming ideas as they are building dashboards to track results.
Who Are We?
Source is part of HPX Group, where “finding a better path” is more than a slogan - it’s the way we operate.
We offer a smarter way to deliver in-house style professional services.
We partner with clients to provide tailored, on-demand support across legal, HR, governance, risk, compliance, IP and commercial functions. Whether it’s a single specialist or an entire team, we step in where clients need us most.
Why Life Here is Different
We don’t just talk about balance and wellbeing - we invest in experiences that make work genuinely rewarding.
Every year, our people have the chance to join the Adventure Club. An all-expenses-subsidised trip that brings together colleagues from across Australia and New Zealand for a few days of adventure and connection. Past trips have included hiking in Hobart, jet boating in Queenstown and even bungee jumping (for the brave!).
We also run our da Vinci Development Program, which gives everyone the opportunity to explore something new, from pottery to Pilates (or even climbing Mount Everest), with a subsidy to cover the cost and an extra week of annual leave to reward your hard work.
Because when our people are energised, curious and connected, that’s when we do our best work.
