Due to continuous growth, Source HR is looking for a Human Resources Consultant. We do things differently at Source, and are looking for someone who is commercially savvy, highly responsive, and able to provide pragmatic HR support, tailored to our client’s requirements.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join Source HR with the flexibility to shape the role and working pattern around the right person. This can be a full time role or a four day week, and we are open to appointing at Consultant or Senior Consultant level depending on your experience.
You will work across a portfolio of clients in different industries and at various stages of growth, from small businesses through to mid market organisations. The work is varied and commercial, with the autonomy to manage your clients your way, backed by a highly experienced and close knit team.
We are open to applications across Australia. You will have the flexibility to work from home as much as you like, with the option to use our office locations when it suits you.
What You Will Do
- Deliver operational and strategic HR support to a portfolio of retained clients
- Lead and implement HR initiatives and projects across client organisations
- Navigate complex employee matters balancing commercial outcomes with compliance
- Build strong client relationships to support retention and long term partnerships
- Work closely with our employment law team to provide integrated advice
- Contribute to project work aligned to your strengths, including training and recruitment
- Act as a brand ambassador identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and bring I new business
About You
- You bring strong stakeholder management skills and can manage multiple client priorities with confidence
- You have experience across the full spectrum of HR, from operational delivery through to strategic input
- You have a solid understanding of Modern Awards and the Australian industrial relations framework
- You have delivered tailored HR programs or projects and can demonstrate impact
- You are comfortable in a client facing environment, ideally within consulting or recruitment
- You enjoy working across different industries and business sizes
- You are self motivated, reliable and adaptable, and can work both autonomously and as part of a team
