  • A strong commercial mindset with proven experience building a profitable and sustainable pipeline.
  • Proven leadership of high-performing teams and experience coaching and developing junior team members to support their growth.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, that require you to be proactive, resilient and solutions-focused.
  • Strong client and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Relevant degree and/or governance qualifications (e.g. GIA).

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Perth-based Company Secretaries and for growing our Governance, Risk & Compliance practice in Perth, while serving as a Company Secretary for select clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional company secretarial, governance and risk services, shaping strategy, and guiding the team’s development and success.
