The purpose of this role is to support the Head of Procurement in delivering on property, facilities and fleet objectives across the Belron Group, including Laser, Exceed and Smith&Smith in order to achieve the best value for the business and our Customers.

The Property, Facilities and Fleet Specialist, is a full time permanent role, based within the Penrose office, later in the year the team will be moving to a purpose built building near Sylvia Park. This role will see you naturally build and maintain relationships with a strong focus on solutions across the three components.

Qualities and attributes we’re looking for:

  • Natural ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external parties
  • Proven experience in contract management, lease agreements & supplier management
  • Experience in developing necessary documentation such as procurement plans, evaluation plans, statements of requirement, procurement reports and contract management plans
  • Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong numeric, analytical and statistical skills
  • Comfortable dealing with and presenting to the Senior Leadership team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, warm, approachable and supportive personality
  • Personal integrity, sound judgement and ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Team player, enjoy working with a close collaborative fun team.
