An opportunity has now become available to join the People Team in a support and administrative function. The role of Payroll & HR Administrator will have responsibility for payroll processing and administration support across the Belron NZ group, namely the following areas:

  • Payroll process and administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy in administration of payroll, reporting, advice and database management
  • Supporting and maintaining relationships and processes with key service providers Datacom and MyHR, ensuring integrity and accuracy of service
  • Initial point of contact for the People & Leadership team and ensuring information and query flows through to the right people
  • To provide  additional administration support to the People & Leadership team
  • Administrate and support internal communication channels eg: hub, yammer feeds, company communications


Key areas of accountability includes completing payrolls (weekly & monthly) on time, with high attention to accuracy and deadlines. This includes overseeing all administrative activities related to the processing of payroll on a regular basis and occasionally managing benefits, as well.

 

The Payroll & HR Administrator role will see the successful candidate maintain all records in the HR systems in line with changes to contracts, salary reviews, pay rates, market information, and any other information that is relevant to our peoples employment and development, whilst ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Provide consistent, accurate, and on time service quality and service delivery

Effectively manages own time, proactively planning and prioritising, meeting deadlines

Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are regularly reviewed and used continuously to improve performance outcomes and in driving operational excellence
