The Opportunity 

We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior ADAS Technician to join our team working in Arundel

This is a hands-on senior role for an experienced technician who is confident diagnosing and resolving complex automotive issues while providing day-to-day guidance to other technicians. You will help direct workflow, share technical knowledge and support quality outcomes across the team, without being solely responsible for team management. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform detailed diagnostics and inspections across a wide range of vehicle makes and models 
  • Utilise advanced diagnostic equipment and software to identify and troubleshoot complex faults 
  • Provide day-to-day technical guidance and direction to other technicians when required 
  • Support the coordination and prioritisation of work to help the team deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes 
  • Coach and share knowledge with less experienced technicians, promoting consistent processes and workmanship 
  • Carry out repairs and component replacements to manufacturer standards 
  • Review complex jobs, assist with escalations and help ensure work meets safety and quality standards 
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports on all work completed 
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally 
  • Keep up to date with evolving automotive systems, diagnostic techniques and emerging technologies 
  • Carry out repairs, component replacements and ADAS calibrations to manufacturer standards 

About You 

  • Qualified mechanic or Auto Electrician (OEM trained and experience favoured)  
  • Extensive experience in automotive diagnostics or an advanced technician role, with the technical credibility to support and guide others 
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability, particularly with complex or intermittent faults 
  • Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical and electronic vehicle systems 
  • Confidence using a variety of diagnostic scan tools, software programs and test equipment 
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to coach, mentor and provide direction to other technicians 
  • Ability to help prioritise work, maintain standards and keep jobs moving without needing to be the sole person responsible for the team 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to step up and support the wider team 
  • High standards of accuracy, safety, attention to detail and pride in your work 
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage your workload and make confident decisions 
  • Current valid driver’s licence
