Car Carrier/ Tilt Tray

Smart AVR is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Tilt Tray Driver to join our team based in Pinkenba. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving by transporting vehicles and equipment across our South East Queensland repair network.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate modern tilt tray trucks across SEQ
• Load and unload vehicles and machinery with care and precision
• Transport between Smart AVR repair centres efficiently
• Complete daily pre-start checks and maintain vehicle safety standards
• Keep accurate delivery and pickup records
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Support internal logistics and towing coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid HR licence or higher (essential)
• Previous tilt tray or similar transport experience (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of safe loading & restraint practices
• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when needed
• Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt on the go
