The Opportunity:

We're seeking enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our team in Tullamarine in a permanent part - time Customer Service position, where every interaction is a chance to connect, support and leave a lasting impression.

What you'll be doing:

• Using your natural presence and people skills to create standout customer experiences.
• Handling enquiries about the use of ticketing products and the bus network with clarity, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Enhancing the safety of passengers and drivers by maintaining a visible and reassuring presence on board buses and at stations throughout the service area.
• Collaborating with local community partners to enhance and promote the quality and reach of our bus services in the region.
• Supporting both our drivers and passengers to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable travel experience.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
