Youth Career Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Career Coach to join our team in Albany. You will provide career coaching and guidance to young people as part of our Support Pathway Program which incorporates the Transition to Work (TTW) program.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver high quality career coaching to young people
  • Help clients set goals and identify areas of interest
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship to upskill clients and empower them to reach their potential
  • Source local employment opportunities and match them to client interests and abilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with employers throughout the region
  • Be proactive, compassionate and innovative in finding opportunities for the young people you represent

This exciting part time opportunity is based in our Albany office with travel to Mount Barker and Denmark. Working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

To be considered for this opportunity you must hold a current driver's license, working with children check and satisfactory national police clearance.
