Apprentice and Employment Consultant
In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of Apprentices and Trainees, guiding them from their first steps to successful completion. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality management, training and mentoring to a caseload of apprentices and trainees.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Market and promote Australian Apprenticeships within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
- Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment initiatives and deliverables.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a knack for relationship building
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of employment needs, with apprentice mentoring experience highly regarded.
- Motivated, results-oriented individual
- Initiative, drive, and the ability to work autonomously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Plumbing Trade Background
Requirements:
- Valid working with children check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
- Current drivers licence
- Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Full working rights)
- This role requires an Australian Federal Police Check and a Working with Children Blue Card, which we will arrange for the successful applicant.
