Position Purpose and Responsibilities

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing high quality candidates to fill a variety of Permanent roles.

The successful candidate will maintain a high standard of service in recruitment, with a strong focus on sales and account management.

The role focusses on permanent recruitment for a wide variety of roles in the warehouse transport and logistics, Trades, Industrial, Construction and Infrastructure industries within Western Australia.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and screen high-quality candidates to fill a variety of permanent roles.
  • Manage the end-of-the-end recruitment process, from initial client engagement to placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify the best-fit candidates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to both clients and candidates
  • Revenue growth across the Recruitment division

 

 Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Demonstrable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently to meet and exceed targets
  • Passion for the recruitment industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Check
  • Ability to obtain and hold a valid Working with Children Check (Employment status)

 Desirables

  • Experience with FastTrack360
  • Background dealing with blue collar stakeholders
  •  Knowledge/understanding of modern Awards
