Position Purpose and Responsibilities

Our group of businesses in WA are at an exciting point in their development and we need a reliable, pro-active person to help us take things to another level!

You will be someone who understands that delivering value to our sponsors and stakeholders is critical if we are to achieve our purpose. Our relationship with the industry is what sets us apart.

A non-negotiable is attention to detail and the ability to organise your time around the role and your life. There is a lot of flexibility for someone we can trust and who also trusts us to provide them with clear direction and leadership in an exciting, rewarding role.

Primary location is based at our Forrestfield office with flexibility required to travel between our other offices in Welshpool and Joondalup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to different audiences.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos at events and other activities.
  • Capture our industry stakeholders’ and sponsors’ engagement

Event Organisation

  • Assist with planning, coordinating and delivering events such as competitions, awards nights, breakfast sessions, networking functions, tools and product demonstrations.
  • Assist with event logistics including venues, catering, audio-visual, suppliers, and guest registrations.
  • Assist with event marketing campaigns, invitations, programs, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with event set-up, execution, and pack-down to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
  • Experience in planning and delivering small to large-scale events.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Must be available to work outside standard hours during events.
