SKG Radiology has expanded into a new Cancer Centre within the St John of God Murdoch campus. Our new state of the art facility in partnership with GenesisCare opened in December 2021, offers the first digital PET-CT scanner in Western Australia and offering advanced SPECT-CT and Theranostics services. SKG have also recently acquired an additional site at the Hollywood Hospital in Nedlands and includes rotation through the St John of God Subiaco Hospital, guaranteeing variety in your working week.
About the Role
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist you will perform Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT examinations producing the highest quality images from procedures, whilst ensuring the best possible service is given to patients at all times.
These positions are Full Time - 80 hours per Fortnight, currently working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week across the sites mentioned above. There is opportunity to participate in a monthly RDO after successful completion of probation. In addition, you may be required to participate in public holiday, shift and weekend rosters.
Role Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA – Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia, or eligibility for graduates, interstate or overseas candidates
- Current Radioactive Substances licence from the WA Radiological Council, or eligibility for graduates, interstate or overseas candidates
- Demonstrated ability to perform high quality Nuclear Medicine imaging examinations
- Outstanding communication and time management skills
- Commitment to your own professional development
- Display a Patients First attitude at all times and a passion for delivering premium customer service
- Radiopharmaceutical Therapy / Theranostic experience highly regarded
