About the role

Our Referrer Support team is responsible for coordinating all booking requirements exclusively for our top tier referrers including medical specialists and our sporting club partners named above.

As a Referrer Support Officer your key role is to make appointments for our patients; from routine requests to urgent fit-ins and highly complex bookings. You will be the direct contact point for these referrers and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure workflows and communications run effectively. 

Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure RSOs are confident in their role, equipped with the tools and knowledge to represent SKG Radiology to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Experience within or a keen interest in the healthcare &/or radiology environment
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally & externally
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A consistent Patients First focus
  • Polite phone manner and email etiquette
  • High degree of computer literacy and data entry accuracy
  • The ability to multi task and adapt quickly to different situations
  • A clear head to juggle the pieces of the booking puzzle and think outside the box when required 


This is a Full Time position worked as 75 hours per fortnight.

Monday to Friday with no weekends or late night shifts.
