We are seeking reliable and motivated MIT students who are currently in their first, second or third year in 2025 to take on the role of Medical Imaging Assistant. In this role, you will be primarily based at our Currambine site, however will have the flexibility to work across Duncraig, Subiaco and Hollywood as needed. 

As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you will be responsible for patient care prior to, during and after the procedure. Some of your many and varied duties will include:

• Primarily assisting MRI Technologists during clinical procedures and other areas of the department as required
• Assisting with the positioning of patients during procedures
• Giving instructions to patients regarding preparation for their procedure
• Assisting with patient transfers
• Cleaning procedure rooms including changing of linen
• Stock control
• Administrative duties as required

These positions are Casual

Your flexibility and availability is key as shifts will be spread across the week, predominantly in the evening and on weekends.
