Are you a reliable, people-focused professional who enjoys variety in your workday? We’re looking for a Medical Receptionist Reliever to join our dynamic team, covering SKG branches located North of the River.

About the role

Based at our Subiaco branch at St John of God Hospital, you’ll provide relief across all SKG Radiology’s northern branches – and when not providing relief, you’re guaranteed your full-time hours at our Subiaco hospital site. Plus, we reimburse mileage for travel from your base branch.

This is a full-time position (75 hours per fortnight) with flexible start and finish times to match hospital operating hours, including weekends. With a roster that spans the full week, every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Due to the travel involved, the successful applicant will require their own reliable vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.

About You

  • The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
  • A consistent Patients First focus
  • A genuine passion for helping people and providing quality patient care
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to multitask and adapt swiftly in busy environments
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A friendly personality with the ability to communicate with individuals from diverse social and cultural backgrounds

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

Working with SKG Radiology

At SKG, we are dedicated to being an employer of choice by promoting a positive and caring work environment for our employees.

  • Friendly and supportive team environment
  • Long standing and successful company, 40 + years!

Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service level hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.
