About the role

Our Bunbury branch services a loyal patient and referral base in the South West with a large range of modalities including CT, MIR, OPG, X-Ray, Mammogrpahy, Ultrasound, Nuchal Translucency, Doppler, FNA Biopsy, Bone Densitometry and Interventional Radiology.

We are currently seeking a suitably qualified Senior Medical Imaging Technologist to join our SKG Radiology Bunbury team on a temporary part time basis, covering a period of parental leave. This contract is envisaged to commence in October 2026 for a period of up to 12 months.

Our ideal candidate will have strong skills in both MRI and CT, looking for an opportunity to test their leadership skills in a rare opportunity to join SKG in such a position. The position offers a blend of clinical and leadership responsibilities, providing the opportunity to support, mentor and motivate fellow team members while maintaining high standards of patient care and service delivery.

About You

As the successful applicant, you will bring:

  • AHPRA Registration & current WA Radiation licence
  • Strong skills in MRI & CT
  • The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and independently

Please note that the successful candidate is required to provide evidence of vaccination/immunity/screening to a list of vaccine-preventable diseases prior to commencement of employment.

This is a Temporary Part Time position worked as 60 hours per fortnight, currently worked as Tuesdays off. Participation in shifts across the week including early/late shifts, weekends and additional days for leave coverage is required.
