About the role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects relating to a comprehensive front reception area, including leading the front-end reception team, whilst maintaining high standards of patient care, data integrity, bookings and effective workflow.

  • Key tasks and responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and support the front end reception team
  • Actively participate in the recruitment and selection process for new staff
  • Identifying areas for improvement and further training
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to Medical Receptionists
  • Conduct probation and performance reviews
  • Implementing new practices, workflows and training
  • Liaise and coordinate with managerial staff across modalities/functions and branches
  • Overseeing and managing your department budget

This position is Part Time 4 days a week or Full Time

There is an expectation for the successful candidate to work rostered weekend hours as per the operational requirements of the branch.
