SIMPEC is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor join us on a newly awarded construction project in the Pilbara. This position will be full-time on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth, commencing ASAP.

The Role:
- Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of electrical work crews, ensuring all work carried out in relation to electrical equipment and installations in your area of responsibility is adequately supervised.
- Ensure all workers under your supervision adhere to SIMPEC applicable procedures and process a ensuring a safe working environment.
- Review work packaging and detailed planning.
- Compliance with relevant electrical safety standards, such as AS/NZA 3000 (Australian/New Zealand Wiring Rules), is mandatory. These standards outline the best practices for electrical installations and ensure safety in electrical work.
- Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
- Support, coach and effectively communicate with team members.
- Build professional and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
- Low Voltage Rescue & Provide CPR.
- First Aid Certificate (desirable).
- Working knowledge of on-site statutory electrical requirements relevant to the construction industry.
- A minimum 4 years industry experience in a supervisory role on a construction project within Australia.
- A proven commitment and track record of maintaining high safety standards, adhering to safety processes/legislation and looking after the safety of work crews.
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
