Supervisor Scaffolding

We are currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for our project based in Kwinana.

This role is a full-time opportunity offering a 48-hour work week Monday - Friday.

The Role:

• Participate and promote site safety initiatives and procedures embracing the SIMSafe culture framework.
• Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the work crew.
• Review work packaging and detailed planning.
• Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
• Promote, conduct, and amend risk assessments to identify, highlight and implement mitigation strategies, as required.
• Support, coach and effectively communicate with team members to ensure consistent dealings with work crews in all areas including performance and other matters as they arise, to ensure timely, fair and acceptable issue resolution and team harmony.

About You:

• Hold a valid HRWL - SA
• A minimum 4 years industry experience in a supervisory role. 
• Experience working in a brownfields processing plant
• Willing to be a clean shaven
• A proven track record in effective health and safety management. 
• Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
• Well-developed interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.
