We are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our supportive, close-knit team. This role is a full-time permanent position based at our head office located in Applecross, working Monday to Friday (with the bonus of working from home on Fridays). In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating mobilisation activities across multiple projects and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for our candidates.

The Role:
- Facilitate the onboarding process liaising with candidates to compile and audit new employee documentation including qualifications and certificates.
- Ensure all qualification and training requirements are compliant with site and SIMPEC specifications, renaming and storing information securely in the SIMPEC employee files.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process through arranging pre-employment medicals, training and induction requirements in a sequential order that is cost effective and best suited to the business and the employee/candidate.
- Schedule all travel and accommodation requirements throughout the mobilisation process
- Utilise client systems to ensure SIMPEC implements a client compliant and tailored mobilisation process.
- Ensure the integrity of the recruitment database is updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure all relevant stake holders are updated with candidate progress and commencement dates.
About You:
- Experience in a mobilisation role within the resources sector including experience with high volume mobilisation activities would be highly regarded.
- A demonstrated ability to facilitate the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration and computer literacy skills with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Able to prioritise and seek innovative solutions to tasks and demonstrate a strong drive, output, and flexibility.
- Understanding and experience with respect to blue and white-collar licenses, qualifications and verification of competencies
- Demonstrate skills in building and maintaining good working relationships within a team environment extending to wider teams and clients
