We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop your career with a dynamic and growing company, who boast a great and different culture " Be Like No Other”.


The Role

  • Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of electrical work crews, ensuring all work carried out in relation to electrical equipment and installations in your area of responsibility is adequately supervised.
  • Ensure all workers under your supervision adhere to SIMPEC applicable procedures and process a ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Mentor, engage and motivate the work crews through effective and proactive communication.
  • Participate in and promote site safety initiatives and procedures embracing the SIMSafe cultural framework.
  • Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
  • Coordinate work crews, plant, equipment, and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets, safely.


About You

  • WA A Grade Electrical Licence.
  • Low Voltage Rescue & Provide CPR.
  • Working knowledge of on-site statutory electrical requirements relevant to the construction industry.
  • A minimum 4 years industry experience in a supervisory role on a major construction project within Australia. 
  • Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources, and equipment to meet Project requirements.
  • Strong experience in dealing with day-to-day employee relations issues and an ability to effectively communicate and resolve them in accordance with grievance and dispute resolution processes.
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to effectively manage competing priorities. 
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
