We’re seeking a Site Supervisor to support the initiation and setup of an early works project located approximately 4 hours north of Perth on a 2:1 roster. The role is expected to commence in late August and run through to the end of the year, with the possibility of ongoing work.
This role will play a key part in maintaining site compliance, protecting biodiversity and cultural heritage, and delivering safe, high-quality project outcomes.

The Role
- Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
- Coordinate work crews, subcontractors, plant, equipment, and materials to safely achieve operational outcomes and project targets.
- Ensure compliance with environmental approvals, permits, and management plans, flora and fauna clearing permits and conditions, erosion and sediment control requirements and cultural heritage management plans and exclusion zone requirements
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, environmental approvals and quality requirements.
- Build professional and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualification in construction, civil engineering, or environmental management (or related discipline) and previous experience in a construction supervisory position
- Demonstrated experience in early works, bulk earthworks, or land development projects & vegetation clearing and site establishment
- Demonstrated knowledge of environment approvals, erosion and sediment controls, vegetation clearing requirements and cultural heritage obligations.
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management
- Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
