We're seeking a Materials Coordinator to join our team in Kwinana where we have been contracted for SMP works to integrate new mechanical equipment into the existing processing plant. This will be a Monday - Friday role, offering 4+ months worth.

The Role:
- Schedule, coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the materials work crew ensuring the safe execution of materials management along with the team to ensure successful supply of all materials and equipment.
- Review work packaging and detailed planning.
- Manage and monitor stock inventories including preserving / repairing, counting, and maintaining accurate records of all equipment and consumables.
- Coordinate and manage the safe and secure distribution of tools, equipment, and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets ensuring accurate delivery docket records are maintained for shipping and receivals.
About You:
- Appropriate industry experience in inventory goods in a warehouse or construction receival yard
- A minimum 4 years industry experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience with PRONTO will be highly desirable.
- A proven track record in effective health and safety management.
- Experience in logistics, materials coordination, storage management and procurement.
