In this role, you will support in the commercial decision making, drive an operational business, provide beautiful customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will;
- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those you encounter through leading by example
- Ensure the team is creating a high energy & compelling experience for customers
- Work with your SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with your team
- Drive & manage KPIS daily
- Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
- Support in driving a commercial business
- Excellent operations & stock management
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:
- Minimum 1+Years experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
