About the position
Ambulatory Care Centre requires a Registered Nurse to work across various positions:
0.4 EFT Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP)
0.1 EFT Community Nurse
We are seeking a motivated and suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join Acute Services on a casual basis.
Ideally you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Satisfactory police check
- Thorough understanding of the quality process for health care
- Well-developed clinical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and decision making
