About the position

Do you have administrative experience working in an Aged Care facility? We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to cover a 4-week period due to the incumbent being on leave.

This is full-time position working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, totalling 40 hours per week. As this is a very shortly available position, early applications are strongly encouraged.

What you bring

  • Experience in Reception, Administration and front-line handling of Accounts
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Administration in a similar role
  • Customer Service skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Health sector specific computer skills (knowledge of HMS & Harrison, Vital, Oracle, and Microsoft applications an advantage) 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Our services include a 30-bed public hospital that provides public and private Acute medical and surgical, renal dialysis and day procedures. Seymour Health’s breadth of services extends to post-acute care, palliative care, sub-acute ambulatory service, oral health services, district nursing and community services. Barrabill House is a 40-bed residential aged care service that provides highly rated residential aged care.
