The Adelaide Remand Centre is a maximum-security prison facility located in Adelaide, South Australia, used to hold prisoners on remand pending trial. Located on Currie Street in the Adelaide City.
The Trade & Stores Officer is to 

• Carry out low complexity maintenance duties.
• Support Stores and Asset Coordinator with stocktake and stock movements and with asset data audits.
• Be the secondary contractor escort as required.
• Support Prisoner Employment Programs and contractor Escorting Duties.
• Report identified site risks and participate in Quality and Risk induction and training
• Adhere to and lead good HSE practices within the work environment

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

• Experience with basic general maintenance
• Experience with warehouse management (Preferred)

Desirable:

• Correctional Officer experience preferred
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel and Word
• C Class Driver’s License
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
